Description

Fire Chief Ray Tiller with new city fire truck that was one of the first completely enclosed factory-built models of its type in the country. In 1910, 51,743 people lived in Waterloo, Iowa, and by 2010, the population had grown to 68,406. In 2016, the Waterloo Fire Department handled 10,551 calls for service.
