Internships

Are you interested in a career in museums? An internship with the State Historical Society of Iowa is a great way to build your resume and gain real-world experience within the fields of  history and museums.

A variety of paid internships opportunities are offered year-round, although opportunities may change from one semester to the next based on department needs. Please continue to check back throughout the year and search the State of Iowa job portal to discover new opportunities with the State Historical Society of Iowa. Internships are only available to students currently enrolled in a college/university.
