Iowa Senator Tom Harkin talks about the landmark Americans with Disabilities Act which was signed into law in 1990. Senator Harkin was the sponsor of the bill in Congress and was instrumental in gaining bipartisan support for it. The law has transformed life for Americans with disabilities.
