Register to save your spot at the State Historical Society's Teacher Professional Development. This professional development focuses on Integrating Inquiry and Primary Sources into 6-12th Classrooms. Explore the best practices for integrating inquiry and primary sources into your grades 6-12 classrooms. Participants will receive exclusive access to the museum’s primary sources - both archives and collection objects - as well as learn from teacher facilitators who will model best practices for using primary sources and inquiry. Participants will walk away with resources and lesson plans to implement in their classrooms.
This two-day seminar is held for 6th-12th grade teachers and there is no fee to participate. You just need to register so you are able to receive LR credit and we are able to communicate with you once the date gets closer. Lunch will be provided both days.
