During the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, Iowans were leaders of nationwide religious campaigns for progressive social change. Register to join David Mislin to explore Iowa churchgoers' efforts to wed their faith with activism for the environment, in support of family farmers, and on behalf of marginalized communities, and to examine the legacies of these efforts in the twenty-first century.

The Iowa History 101 webinars share Iowa stories and the history of the state through a cultural history lens on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. Registration is required for each event and to receive a link to the recorded program.
