Apply for up to $5,000 in grant funding to assist in the preservation and maintenance of a one-room or two-room country school in Iowa. In addition to preservation efforts, grant funds may be used for historical interpretation or educational activities relating to the school. Priority is given to projects that include an educational component.
- Who: Nonprofits, Governments, Tribes, Individuals, For-Profits
- What: Up to $5,000 with a required 1:1 match.
- When: May 1, 2025 for the funding period July 1, 2025-November 30, 2027.
